Why is it worth it? – Krav Maga for teenagers
Krav Maga training is a specially designed programme for young people aged 14-17 that combines:

- the development of general physical fitness
-
- practical self-defence skills
-
- personal safety procedures
Our goal is to prepare young people to move safely and confidently in the modern world - both physically and mentally.

WHAT DO THE WORKOUTS PROVIDE?
During the classes, participants learn, among other things:
✅ how to recognise and avoid risks
✅ how to make the right decisions in stressful situations
✅ how to control emotions and not give in to peer pressure
✅ when and how to use effective self-defence
✅ how to increase self-confidence and physical fitness
